I primarily needed this for new brushes and it was a disappointment. Of the 6 brushes included, 5 had tines bent SO SHARPLY that they couldn't be used (they'd just point straight down into the floor and scrape off the brush hairs). The tines do not bend back (it is flexible, but springs right back into its sharply bent position no matter how I bend it). I plan to try heating them up at a low temp in the oven to make the plastic more pliable but it is an annoying thing to have to do (and I hope I don't end up melting the brush parts before it becomes pliable enough to bend back into shape). The only reason I didn't go lower than 3 stars is that the other components all seem fine and they fit into the machine properly.

This is what happens when you buy Chinese knock offs. The filters are not like the genuine Ecovac filters. See my pictures. The Ecovac filter is on the left. The Chinese got it backwards. I ended up removing the full panel black foam piece from the knock off filter, cutting it to size and putting it on the other side of the filter where it belongs. I would not buy again. The knock off mop pads are fine but everything else is not.
