How to use this for karaoke?

No. Buy a karaoke machine that’s what you use for karaoke.

What is the acceptable dc offset for this amp? the one amazon just sent me has 17mv on left channel and 72mv on right. on a class a that's too much!

At your DC offset values you are still in the spec of max offset voltage of Tripath TA2020-020, which is 150mV. (you can google for a spec sheet) Your amplifier is fine and should play nicely. ( My own personal K2020A+ has 15 and 102mV DC offsets.) That being said, there is more to say about DC offsets: The K2020A+ utilizes the standard Tripath circuit board design. There have been many mods developed over the years that have improved on the original design, If you are adventurous, you can google these 2020 mods, and also especially search on diyaudio forum online, you will see some mods address the common variance in DC offsets that yours has, but again, your amplifier is fine and within the Tripath Specs. Note: Obviously modding the amplifier will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Is it just mine or does the power supply not seem to plug in all the way , it works but it’s sloppy

Mine didn't plug up either, I was going to replace. I notice its not 12V 5A. Its 125V I hope it didn't blow it up. I put Netgear 12V5A. & lite came on.

Use with 16 ohm speakers?

If it will power 8ohm it will power 16 ohm speakers. Just won't be as loud. I own one powering a pair of 8 ohm bostons.
