May I ask when this pistachio was produced? How long is the shelf life?

Shelf life of Pistachios nuts. Unshelled Pistachios nuts may be stored 3 months in the refrigerator or up to one year in the freezer. Shelled Pistachios should retain quality for half a year at room temp, about a year in the fridge, and close to 2 years in the freezer. NOTE: I got this information from researching on the Internet. So I can't say for sure how reliable or scientific the information is. Another added note: I purchased my first bag (16 ounce bag) of Wonderful PISTACHIOS shelled nuts online from Amazon two weeks ago. On the bottom of the bags these words were printed - BEST IF USED BY 2021 SEP 21. In other words; September 21, 2021. Well Suitao Wu, I guess that's about all I have to say. What is a serving size?

The label says 1/2 cup with shells is a serving size. These are grown almost locally for us, but the Costco ones are larger and better.
