Lovely guide written by a passionate author.
The title does the book justice as it covers a wide area of topics from when to get finches to how to care from them and a rough idea on costs. It’s such a shame the pictures are black and white but I understand this may be due to printing costs or legal/copyright issues with the images. Either way still a 5 star review from me.

Plagiarism?
I was very unimpressed with this book. It is almost identical, Word for Word, as "Finches as Pets. The Complete Owner's Guide. Evans, Godfrey, GMB Publishing" Why? This should not happen. And I will be looking into this further to find out what's going on. As a writer myself, I can appreciate copyright. This was a waste of money for me. Very disappointed.

This book gives you solid information on basic finch care and if they are the pet for you. It covers the most common kept as pets.
