If you’re taking synthetic vitamins you are wasting your money. This is a high quality capsule that is easy to swallow. The vitamin C is derived from fruit so the body can actually absorb it. I take several vitamins from this company and all of them have science based methods of delivery that your body can actually absorb. There is zero aftertaste with any of their capsules. 10/10 would recommend

These are great. Organic is appreciated and though it comes in brown capsule it goes down with no problem. Even my husband was surprised at how easily they can be swallowed

Convenient and effective!
It's hard to find organic vitamin C supplements, and so I usually ended up buying the powdered forms, which are very messy. This is the first and only organic vitamin C supplement that I found in a gel capsule. This is both convenient and effective. When I used to buy the powdered form of vitamin C and mix it with water, the acidity level of the water was so strong that I felt that it made my tooth enamel vulnerable to decay. However, now that I take the gel capsule instead, I don't have to worry about hurting my enamel anymore!

The Right Stuff
Just learned that it's best to take a dose like 250 MG a couple times daily than a Big single dose. Vitamin C depletes after a few hours. This is one of the few brands that has this kind of dosage.

Great for high cortisol and skin health.
