once you get the hang of this stripper, it works like a charm. I have striped everything from #14 to 2/0 so far without issue. Well worth the money.

The amount of times this thing has paid for itself is unreal. It’s a very good quality wire stripper and adjust for every size from feeders to spaghetti wire. Value is on point for how much it can make you. Saved me a TON of time.

This says will strip 1”. This does not strip 1”. The plates go up to .98. Some may not need this or care, but this review is for people who do. All others it works great. And gave 4 stars cause if you remove the guide plates and raise blade all the way up you can get the 1” cut. Just gets a bit crazy with no guide plate.

My first time using an automatic stripper and its definitely worth the money. Once you set it up for the wire size being stripped, you’re all set. Saved me so much time instead of using a razor knife. Very easy setup and clear instructions.

Such a great investment with such a low cost. Was it flawless in use, no. Sometimes any kink in the wire would stop it. Sometimes electrical tape on the wire would. But was perfection expected, no. Not at this low price point. My testimony is that this machine slit what would be about 5/8” dia wire and lots of smaller gauge wire. My return was over 450 lbs of clean copper. And the foot pedal switch was awesome.

Maybe I need to figure it out yet but I sure had some problems. At least initially, if stripping wire by hand is a 1 on a scale of 1-10, then using this machine is a 4. Difficult to figure out proper depth. The wire tends to ride up the side of the blade rather than staying under it and then it doesn't splice at all obviously. Because wire is braided it really twists the wire on the back end. You really need to pay attention. I finally got it dialed in and I had to hold the wire tight on both ends - the wire coming out and the wire feeding in. This to keep the wire straight and to keep it from bouncing around on the way in. This definitely isn't the kind of machine where you can just stick the wire in and stand back and watch - it takes a lot of tinkering, adjustments and babysitting. Still faster than doing it by hand but definitely not as easy as I thought it would be. Smaller wire is especially difficult - either it doesn't cut deep enough or it cuts too deep which shreds the copper wire and little pieces end up all over the place. I'm glad I have it, and like I said - maybe I just need more time to figure out the optimal method.

Absolutely brilliant. Don’t waste money buying anything else honestly. I don’t it before this is perfect!!!

Its advertised as 220v and it's not. Its 110v. Motor blown now

Sinceramente desde que la compranos, ya se ha pagado aproximadamente unas 20 veces si no es que mas, es de muy buena calidad, bastante robusta, en mi trabajo incluso hemos metido cables doble 0 (obviamente sin las guardas) y lo corta facil, claro que haciendo una buena calibracion para que la cuchilla haga bien su corte.

Al parecer y hasta el momento eh pelado más de 300k de cobre, sobras y restos de los trabajos que realizó, el equipo se pago de inmediato, aunque pareciera que los materiales son de baja calidad, ah resistido, esta bien diseñado,. Creo que hasta el momento tengo una buena calificación.
