Good book, slow shipping, came damaged

The book itself is beautiful, but came a bit damaged. Shipping took over a month without any tracking information provided. Also, the bottom of the book has a weird rip so pages 21-48 all have a small tear at the bottom. I purchased a brand new book and am a bit disappointed. The book should've been wrapped better to prevent it from damage.
