ハンドルは別売りなので気を付けてください。 チューブだけですと、トレーニングは難しいです。 色によって強度が違うので気を付けてください。 チューブトレーニングは種類が豊富なので youtubeなのでまずは調べてみてください。 自己流だと難しいと思いますので。 個人的にはスクワット時に重宝しています。
