Personalised School Bag for Boy/Girl Kid's Name & Design on Backpack/Rucksack

Firstly I have to say - great customer service from this seller! I contacted them to ask a question about the product (the answer to which was actually on the product page, I just couldn't see it for looking), and they replied the same day within a few hours, with a helpful and friendly reply (they didn't even point out to me that the information I wanted was on the page! What nice people).We needed a bag for my son to take to nursery - as he wears real nappies instead of disposables, we needed a bag that was a bit bigger than most kids' bags. This bag is just the right size - can fit enough nappies for the whole day, plus a change of clothes and a small toy or book. And he'll be able to grow into it.As instructed in the product description, I sent a message to the seller with our choices for bag colour, design, name, font and font colour. Shortly thereafter, I received another email from the seller thanking me for supplying the details and letting me know they'll be making and dispatching my order shortly! It was really nice to get that confirmation from them, so I knew they'd received the customisation choices we wanted.And everything was done exactly as we'd requested. The colour is really lovely and vibrant (we went for the bright green colour and chose the five little monsters design), and the design and name is great, though it does look like it might eventually scratch off over time (not necessarily, but maybe) - but then a bit of wear and tear over time is normal. The bag is really great, seems very well made and sturdy, and it's different from all the other kids' bags.The bag also arrived really quickly - I ordered it on 18 June and sent my email with our customisation choices straight away, and we received the bag in the post on 20 June!I would highly recommend this seller and this product.

I bought for my grandson to go to nursery. Will be usisnsg from next week. I like it has his name on as everyone else's bag might look the same or similar.

I loved everything about this bag, from the choice of bag colours, the choice of writing colour and style or the pictures it was amazing. The bag is a really good size and i can't fault the quality its really strong thick material. I love it and so does my little boy everyone askes were we got it from.

Bag is good only I wasn’t able to know by description if it was of cloth material as I wanted a rain resistant material
