Is this safe for sturgeon fish?

It's a completely natural product we have koi carp in two ponds which we have used it in its cleared the sludge we have bred in one pond none of the fish have had any effect with the product water has never been so clear for years the plant life is also flourishing definitely recommend the product it's worth noting we do not use any filters in the ponds hope this helps

Will this be enough for a 5000 litre pond?

Yes, pond klear treats upto 20,000L. So thats 4 treatments. Sludge Kear - 30,000L and Ntrate 12,000L
