can it be cut ot fit application?

Possibly… I haven’t tried to, but it looks like you could cut it and then use heat to keep the cloth from fraying. Don’t know for certain though.

Will the cloth end up lifting easily?

For the period of time that I have had this large mouse pad I can say that I have had no problems with this product. As I answer this question I can report that none of my ends have curled up or have started lifting up.

Is this washer safe? How to wash this for any dry dirt or any dirt accumulated after a certain days of use?

It’ll clean up pretty easily with soap and water (hand wash). I was able to wash mine back to looking new after a tornado dropped most of my house on it
