I liked how the book explains the different stretches. It has many stretching routines for activities, but no full body stretching routine

Love, love, love this book! The spiral binding makes it super easy to flip to a page and have it stay there while you learn the move/position. It has really helped my body - and in particular my back and legs in so many ways. After a 15 minute session I feel so much more limber and helps my mood too! Worth every penny. I’m up there in years (74)
