Mainstay` Home 8-Shelf Wood Bookcase (White)

I like the unique look of the shelves but that also creates some odd corners which are awkward to use. I thought I could use it as an open space room divider since the shelves have no backing. However, since this shelf is so tall it must be anchored against the wall so that defeated the purpose I bought it for. I ended up using it as a low display shelf horizontally instead of vertically. I wish it came with those white stickers to cover up the screw holes which are all over the place and very obvious. I ended up making my own with white contact paper but this detracts from it's overall clean cut look.

This was the perfect showcase for the items I wanted to display. I also placed books on the lower shelves. Looks great! I probably would not place heavy books on all the shelves as this might be more weight than recommended. This display unit was the right price and worked great in my room

The bookcase arrived damaged and missing parts. This was EXTREMELY disappointing! It weighs a lot for the average female to lift. Now I’m supposed to get help to return it and wait who knows how long to try again and reorder. I would have hoped for a Speedily replacement within days. Beautiful room signature piece gone wrong.

The design is nice, however, it’s not the quality and sturdiness as I thought it would have been.

I love mix matching books & knickknacks without looking like a mess.

Taller than pictures. Recommend mounting to wall for extra durability.
