ELLO&ALLO Matte Black Bathroom Shower Faucet Set with Valve, Rainfall Shower Head with Handheld Combo

Love this shower faucet set with five different settings on the shower head. Kids love it and they had so much fun the first time using it. Hopefully the fun last for a while since this is the first time they’re using this type of shower head with multiple functions such as mist, waterfall, rain, massage and etc. Ever since installing this, for the past couple of days, they’ve been looking forward to taking a shower. The handheld faucet has even more settings to play with such as stream, jet spray, water saving, and etc. The set was very easy to install according to my contractor. It looks very modern and stylish in my newly renovated bathroom. Water pressure is also great. No leakage or noise so far. Great set.

I Would have given this Product A five star rating , but for the fact that the The directions do not have Dimensions. It is a very well made solid product All of the discussions are heavy stainless finish And it just looks amazing as I said , the only problem with The dimensions are not called out on the on the directions , so if you don't know what you're doing it could be difficult. But If you take your time and check all your measurements to make sure the fittings have the correct protrusion to attach the shower fittings after the tile and backer board are installed you will be fine. Make sure the thread depth is going to get you a flush excursion. As I said the quality seems to be very good. I will see if in a year or so if I still feel that way.

Looks good, but the selector lower on the handheld sprayer broke within four months of installation. Contacted Amazon to get a new one and all they did was give me a $50 credit and I had to buy a whole new system for $160 just to get the sprayer and after another four months it broke. Trying to get a hold of the company is impossible.

Bought combo: Head Shower and Wand Shower on 10/23. Installed by a certified and licensed contractor in a full bath renovation. Forward to July 2024: Wand shower stopped working. Button mechanism to activate the water on the wand failed. Not able to get water anymore from the wand. Amazon support provided a seller telephone number that is not valid (Connects to The Home Depot). Updated Review July 16 2024: After reviewing store information (their website), I was able to identify the proper email address to reach Customer Support. They were responding immediately and able to remedy the Wand Shower issue. This was in a way of replacing the wand. I am not sure precisely what was the defect on the old wand shower, The replacing was sent quickly to my address and now installed. I would not hesitate to buy again this brand shower kits. I will recommend to Amazon support to PLEASE update their sellers and manufacturers databases info so they provide accurate and reliable numbers and email addresses. Thank you ELLO&ALLO!!!!!!!

This is an amazing shower fantastic works very very well I love it The company that produces you guys should buy from them all the time I also have the more expensive company in my home but this company is fantastic The product was as should be but you have to get a professionally installed if you don't know how to install showers get it professional..only drawback is that the knob to turn the shower if your hands are wet you can't turn it I think they should have made it square like the handpiece so if your hands are wet you can still turn it That's you in his problem but still five stuff

be careful purchasing this product looks like a great deal if you have two bathrooms that you want both to look the same only problem is the product doesn't have a good life the handheld was faulty after 10 months of use the plastic selector switch broke and rendered the other functions useless. The only saving grace is that is was at least on a setting when it broke. The item only has a 30 day warranty is what I was told and that is just crazy to me.
