Product arrived promptly in a sealed bag. The battery fit perfectly and was already charged. Follow the instructions that are included on running the computer without the charger attached and letting it run down to 10% before attaching the charger. This will help the battery last longer.

Battery came with two screwdrivers and a helpful video in the product description that made installation a breeze. However, after installation and following instructions to run the battery to 10%, then charge it to 100%, the battery takes more than 5 hours to charge. I repeated this process twice now, and the battery continues to charge slowly. Battery charging speeds up when I turn on the laptop and connect it to AC power source, instead of shutting it down and leaving it connected to AC. Maybe it is a good thing that the battery charges so slowly? For now the battery life lasts a good while once it is fully (though slowly) charged.

This is one of the most professional items I have ever received when ordering a product such as this. i'm writing this review because the item states a one year warranty on the page itself. There is no contact information or anything that tells you where to go for any warranty claims. Amazon no longer gives me an option for any refunds. While my laptop is idle, the voltage keeps sagging and eventually causes a shut down with no warning, events or error events
