I have used the wired version of this massager, which is excellent, it has helped with my neck and back aches from prolonged desk working. This product is the same as the one I have used but with the wireless ability, which means I can use it anywhere without having to sit or lay next to a socket to use it, which in my opinion is fantastic. The product as mentioned above is a very strong massager with heating functionality that heats up during massaging which eases up tensed muscles and tissues during massaging. It also has 2 different rotations which helps to target multiple tissues during massaging. Since using this massager, I have noticed some relief from my neck and back pain after use. I currently use it daily (work days when sitting), I will continue to use and will recommend it for relief with neck and back pain from prolonged desk working/sitting.

I bought this to ease shoulder aches and pains. It is good and helps. I personally use it on the lower intensity. The heat is nice - not too hot, just warm. I have bought Snailax before and am happy with their products. I would happily recommend it if you are in the market.

The response of this massager is slow. After using this product, it doesn't seem to work, and my shoulder is still stiff. I don't like this product.

Even though it's bulky, it's great, as it's cordless so can be moved around more easily than those with a cord and plug attached. It seems robust & well made. It's great for massaging different areas of the body, so you can find the right spot. It has a timer & heats up too, although doesn't seem very warm. It also has two speeds which is good. The pressure can be quite hard but pulling, or releasing the sleeves can reduce or increase this, and it can be even used over a dressing gown to make it more comfortable if you want the pressure lighter. The plug to charge it up has a red & green light on so you know when it's finished charging, which doesn't take long either. I think it's also reasonably priced and comes with a warranty that can even be extended.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because I haven’t tried one of these before. I am really impressed. It feels like someone is giving you a massage, and it’s very relaxing. I overdid it a bit the first time, and moved to the gentler intensity after that. Love the warming feature too. I was able to place it around my lower back to help with my back aches. The cordless feature is really good and the battery lasts a long time before it needs charging again. Highly recommended for the price and lovely customer service too when I had issues setting up the extended warranty (now resolved).

I am so grateful for this item, I feel like I get a proper deep tissue massage from this machine. The strength of it is unbelievable. It can actually hurt if you are not cautious enough! Just play with the angles and you will feel so much more relaxed in just a few minutes. I'd recommend this item!

I have recently been suffering from a very stiff neck, exacerbated by tight back and shoulders. Sleep has been particularly challenging. I ordered this to help loosen the muscles and to allow me to ease the tension is some key joints at the top of my back. It has helped for a number of reasons; 1, it is cordless and so easy to manouver around in different areas. 2, the ability to change direction allows certain muscles (under the shoulder blade in particular) to be accessed. 3, the price is not restrictive (basically the cost of a one hour massage in person), but allows the muscles to be loosen multiple times a day, and particularly before bed. Try to keep up with charging the device, it only takes a couple of hours. Also, standing, sitting up, sitting back all offer access to different muscles, so move the device around whilst using it and you should have plenty of success.

I regret buying this as does nothing! No heat and really uncomfortable is packed away so total waste of money
