Review: Product received locked to cloud - Product received locked to cloud. Tried the reset process to get local control back. Did not work. Tried a firmware update to see if I could get the product to reset. Now the user interface does not load correctly. Unimpressed. ----update------ Customer service was also less than impressive. Tried contacting them three different times. Response was slow at best and very unhelpful.
