TEROSON SB 2444 - Contact adhesive for bonding rubber profiles and mats in vehicles The adhesive from TEROSON is designed for use in a car workshop. The polychloroprene-based adhesive can be used to bond various materials* such as rubber, leather, felt, insulating materials, metal, polyester materials, cardboard and rigid PVC. It is also fully effective as a wood adhesive, leather adhesive and soft foam adhesive. It is often used for auto body repair, where it bonds rubber profiles and mats in vehicles. In addition, the adhesive can be used for door seals and insulating mats. It can be easily applied with a brush or spatula, and the bonds are flexible, heat-resistant and have high initial tack. The surfaces of the parts to be bonded must be dry and free of oil, grease and dust. Rubber parts must be free of talcum and other lubricants. Stir adhesive before use. Apply evenly to both sides of the materials to be bonded using a brush or spatula. Allow parts to set for 10 to 15 min (depending on the working method, application thickness, temperature conditions, room ventilation and humidity). Then join the parts together and press firmly for a short time.
