Good quality
Have been taking this for around 3 weeks and have just had results from blood test at GP , the result was satisfactory which means I’ve had a big improvement in a short time. I’m very happy with results and would recommend trying these and they are good value for money.

I’m using this alongside Omega 3. Within a month my HDL has increased and my LDL decreased. I’ll report back in six months.

Not suitable for the over 70s!
I bought this product after reading several reviews on Amazon for this and similar products. When the product arrived all seemed fine but luckily I read the very small warning type which said 'unsuitable for people aged 70 and over' - I am 78! There was no hint of this on the Amazon product page which only says 'for adults'. So beware all you oldies who are seeking to control your cholesterol, look for something else.

Bought to lower my bad cholesterol levels however it didn’t make much difference on the subsequent blood tests.

EXCELLENT
Easy to swallow and within a week i noticed an immediate difference. I felt lighter on my feet and not a feeling of heaviness. The test will be confirm when i receive the results of my next blood test at the end/beginning of December. But for now they do seem to be making a difference. Will review again once i receive my results.

I am unable to grade the product as the contents are unsuitable for my age group , I am over 70 year old. It would be a good idea to mention suitability in product information. Not impressed with the communication service of the company either.

Estupendo producto, me ha reducido el colesterol de 242 a 193, HDL lo mantiene y LDL de 162 a 120; triglicéridos de 63 a 32, en 5 meses.

Bilanciati e facili da deglutire
Questo prodotto contiene Monacolina k ( contenuta nel lievito di riso rosso) e coenzima Q10, utile per contrastare gli effetti di rabdomiolisi e dolore muscolare causati dal primo principio attivo. Non essendo farmaco ma integratore, le dosi di principio attivo possono variare di 3-4 volte ed è per questo che bisogna fare attenzione: infatti qualora ci fosse un sottodosaggio il paziente avrebbe una ipercolesterolemia marcata, mentre in sovraddosaggio si sentirebbero perlopiù dolori muscolari. Tuttavia le capsule n2 sono facili da deglutire, hanno un sapore accettabile, sono adatte ai vegani e finora non mi hanno provocato indolenzimento muscolare nè crampi. Non danno ritorno di gusto. Ricordo che assumere integratori del genere è totalmente inutile e anzi dannoso se non abbinati ad uno stile di vita sano e attivo.

A voir l'efficacité maintenant car le dosage par gélule est passé de 10 mg de Monocoline K à 2.9 mg norme européenne de juin 22 Or il semble qu'il faille 10 mg par jour afin de faire baisser le taux de cholestérol... A voir...
