Disappoint
Had high hopes, but left thoroughly disappointed due to the installation process. Website was a nightmare to navigate and is a mess. Gave up after an hour and return the item. A first for me with Amazon. Manufacture needs to put some investment into its website and support.

It's what I asked for and I don't want it.
It works as promised, but it seems that in the end, it was not a good idea or design choice after all...I just can't seem to use it no matter how much I "train" and have opted to use other types of locomotion. The biggest problem was my feet slipping away all the time or the rudder moving away from me or touching the chair's legs.A better version or upgrades might exist now but this one as it is is a no go for me.

Could not get the dashboard to install and run on TWO different PCs - ** UPDATE FIXED **
After following all instructions and running the installation software - the dashboard would run, then would "update" the software to the latest version. However, after the success update, it would run and try to update again, and again, and again....I have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling - and also checking admin rights etc.The product currently is useless and despite sending a full description and video of my issues - I have not heard from support.** Update - support fixed the issue so i would like upgrade this to 4 stars...

Wholly recommend
Product is great for seated vr experiences and ship control on games like Elite Dangerous. Company is excellent, pad arrived almost a week early, great customer support, and frankly a really enjoyable experience!
