Is the dome that covers rose removable? Also, I did not see dimensions for the rose and dome. What are they?

It is larger than I expected. The dome is 3 1/2" tall and 2 - 2 1/2" wide. The rose is 2 1/2" tall. The dome is removable. It is very nice.
