Very gentle
I know I should incorporate exfoliation into my skincare routine, but I have sensitive skin and I worry it’s going to irritate me. This one does not. I apply it like a splash toner and have no problems with it.

Chemically burnt my face
This exfoliate I put on just a splash over my face and within one second my face was on fire. I immediately washed it off with cold water. My face has huge red welts on it and very tough.

Really effective with the right routine
I am useless when it comes to beauty products, makeup, skincare, haircare... everything! But I've actually found AI really useful at helping me to understand the best products for my skin for what outcome I want. It recommended this product and I couldn't be happier with the result! This is for a weekly evening routine: cleanse, apply, leave to dry, and finish with a none vitamin C night cream. It can sting a bit if my skin is overly sensitive. If that happens, I add barrier repair cream after its dried, before night cream. My skin has been consistently clear since adding this routine. Really good stuff.
