The chairs were relatively easy to assemble, just a bit hard to use manual hex wrench at certain points. I did have to add a couple of spacers to the bolts to one chair as the feet on the end section was almost an inch off the floor. The spacers enable that part to be level. One cushion cover had a zipper issue and customer service offered options and bent over backwards to resolve my issues. Am pleased with the final chairs and they should prove to be very durable. Wife (and me) loves the wheels, as she can move them without my help. :)

When i was looking for chairs i wanted nice cushions . These chairs have them. I had a few issues. Holes drilled wrong and a few screws not wanting to fit. Wasn't worth trying to return so i just worked around the issues.not sure i would purchase again

These look really good. The blue was not quite as vibrant as I was hoping -i thought they’d be more of a royal blue but a little more of a dark colonial blue in reality. I got them because they have wheels and I want my 78 year old mom to be able to move them and she can. They’re very comfortable to sit in because the foam is nice and thick. You have to really force the foam into the covers because it’s an extremely tight fit so be careful not to rip the material. One corner of ours near the zipper has pulled loose after only a couple of uses so hopefully it won’t become an issue. I like that there little hooks to attach to the chair so it doesn’t slip off. One of ours arrived with an oddly placed extra hook that is visible so that’s a little weird. And when the cushions are attached about 3 inches hangs off the end of the chair. So overall comfy but a lot of little flaws.I can’t say how difficult it was to put together because I ran out of time and paid some to do it. And because I paid to have them put together I wouldn’t return the products because I didn’t want to waste my money from the labor.

Wife wanted a lounge chair and I started looking for something that looked sturdy, comfy, and resembled our existing deck furniture. It shipped really fast and I began to assemble. Plan on a good hour and a half of assembly. It comes with Allen bolts, washers, nylon lock nuts, and some simple tools. Assembly are adequate. The “rattan” is a very heavy nylon type material and it well put together. The frame is very strong, and could support a lot of weight. The cushion is very soft, like a cotton/polyester mix. Not scratchy at all. Frame seems to be powder coated. The wheels to move it around are a nice touch instead of dragging it and scratching my deck. Finally, my wife’s cats love it and lay on it all night, and they hate everything.

I love thé look of these chairs… just the right height.. the cushions are comfortable with the head pillow … the arms give you security while laying out… love love love

Love these chairs. Would have given it 5 star exept for the installation. Took my husband and I 2 hours each chair to assemble. Some screw holes were not threaded made it very hard.

It was a little difficult and took about two hours to put the first one together, but once we did that , the second one went together much quicker.

The chairs themselves are sturdy, but the cushions are not. Two of the zippers broke simply putting the cushion into the cover for the first time.
