Words are hard to describe how well this cream works. Almost instantly completely dry flaking skin is hydrated, soft and supple again. A few days of use and you can really start to see the improvements. I've had flair up on my hands and this has done wonders for me.Very happy to use it as a standard moisturiser but also as a substitute for an handwash.Small bottle considering how much you get out of it. The pump works great and the weight of the bottle means you can easily press down even when your hands don't work anymore, like I've been having issues with.Not oily, but would recommend only using a small amount at a time so it has chance to absorb into the skin and just keep going back to it with a bit more until you find the upper limit otherwise it can remain a little tacky right off the bat.Highly recommended for anyone with dry skin that needs immediate relief.

AproDerm emollient cream. I have been using this product for a number of years now, I have very dry, sensitive skin. I have not found anything else that works any better. It is quick and easy to apply, is non greasy, sooths sore red skin and is a great alternative to using soap. It is also is very good value for money. The price has not changed in all the years I have been using it.

Have used this cream for a while for eczema, really good cream and good value in this size. Would have given five stars but delivery let it down. I was expecting next day prime delivery but it was sent with Hermes and arrived 7 days after ordering

Superb cream for super dry skin. I have thyroid issues that make my skin be super sensitive and dry. This cream sorts my dryness without endocrine disruptors and fragance free. Ingredients are not organic but results are great with minimim ingredients. Would buy again

Very good and gentle cream. My baby has eczema and it really works for us.

Easy and moisturising but not greasy, a staple lotion imo

So after reading the blurb on the listing I opted to go for this as an alternative to a main brand emollient.Unfortunately, it did not hit the mark with what I'd expected from it.It didn't moisturise as I'd read it would, nor did it feel like it was!The cream didn't fully absorb and left a lot of debris/excess on the skin, which was then a bit stubborn to come away or wash off.So in summary, it didn't achieve the required or promised results and for the small extra amount, I'd rather buy the brand leader, as you get what you pay for.

I used this for years. My hands are very dry and this helps to provent them getting sore.
