Letters and Numbers For Me

Just finished this handwriting book and it’s so good for practicing writing letter correctly. It teaches the child and has checkpoints. It has places to teach using dashed lines and straight lines. Daughter is homeschooled and it goes well for an added practice!

My five year old has been enjoying this book and I'm happy with it. I've seen her handwriting improve through using it. There's some spaces where the kids can do some doodles so it doesn't feel so rigid "work work work". She's enjoyed the little breaks and doodle/coloring parts throughout the book.

If your child is struggling with handwriting this is an excellent resource!!! I would highly recommend any of the Handwriting Without Tears books, but this one is great for those kids just learning how to write.

This is a classic, Handwriting Without Tears Book. The content is spot on for the emerging writer at the Kindergarten level or for a special needs student who needs to work on letter formation. The quality of the book is sturdy. There is room for repetitive practice on each page for the student to show their work. The numbered arrows on each letter guide a student with the correct pencil strokes to form letters. I used this book for tutoring a 5 year old student and found it very effective and useful.

Love the way it walks through the formation of each letter. Makes it a little more interesting/fun for my kiddo

Good quality and is straightforward I don’t think you need the teachers guide at all.

My daughter is dyslexic, and we’ve been working really hard at home to support her however we can. This workbook has been amazing. I love that it focuses on directional writing—where to start, how to form the letters, and how to move across the page. It breaks everything down in a way that finally clicks for her. It’s so useful that I actually made several copies of the pages so we can practice them over and over again (otherwise I’d end up buying a thousand of these!). The structure, simplicity, and guidance in this book have made a huge difference in her confidence and her handwriting. Highly, highly recommend for any child who needs extra support—especially those with dyslexia or directional challenges. This book is a game changer.

My granddaughter actually loves using her handwriting book! She’s just turned 6 and begs to use it!!

Really good to add for extra practice writing letters and words. Also can be done fairly independently, with some check ins which is nice when homeschooling multiple kids. Highly recommend

I got the Learning Without Tears - Letters and Numbers workbook for my homeschooled 6-year-old, and it’s been a hit! My kid knows most letters but needed help with proper formation and numbers. This book makes it super simple with big, traceable letters and numbers, plus clear arrows showing how to write them. The pages are fun with little pictures to color, which keeps my kiddo engaged. We do a page or two a day, and I’ve already seen improvement. For ~$15, it’s a great tool for kindergarten/gr 1 handwriting. Totally recommend for homeschooling parents!

Fantastic product. Helped my son with his printing.

Great homeschool handwriting curriculum.

Very helpful with teaching littles to write neatly
