Good quality, however somewhat annoying how the handle is heavier so it can't be left on cup/bowel rim whilst pouring in the matcha.

No different from any other sifters but this one's awkward ...
No different from any other sifters but this one's awkward in that you can't leave it lying on the top of cup because the handle is heavy and long so it just falls over....

Makes for a petfect cup of matcha tea.
If you are looking for a sitter for your matcha powder this is it. Big enough to fit perfectly on a large cup/mug, the mesh is nice and fine you get a really good tea from this. It is so fine infact, it almost completely dissolves, and I wasn't expecting that, so I'm really pleased! Can't make one without it now.

I used it for sifting matcha powder...which is what its supposed to do...in which it does very nicely.

Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Zum Abschöpfen sehr gut. Als Sieb (wenn man es auf einem Gefäß ablegt, um zum Beispiel beide Hände freizuhaben) nicht gut. Der Griff ist schwer und dadurch hat das Sieb bei kleineren Durchmessern keinen eigenständigen Halt.

Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, aber für Matcha ist das Sieb definitiv zu grobmaschig. Hier muss was feineres her. Matchapulver wird mit dem Bambuslöffel durch das Sieb "gerieben". Bei diesem Sieb genügt wenig Druck, und das Pulver fällt durch, inklusive kleiner Klümpchen. Schade Daher nur 3 Sterne
