Soyabeaf Natural Chunks may be used in place of white meats in meat dishes and recipes. Light colored and unflavored, they are about 1/2 an inch wide, flat, and irregularly shaped. The Soyabeaf Natural Chunks make excellent main and side dishes, and allow you to flavor according to your individual tastes. They require very little cooking, which saves valuable time in meal preparation. Great in stir-fries, stews, curries, etc. May also be added directly to soups. This product is unflavored and must be seasoned to taste. Is New, Not Expired - Photo in listing is not accurate in terms of best sold by date. Has plenty of shelf life to allow timely use. Made in USA! Ignore other reviews that say otherwise. I would rather buy twice the amount of product with a simple label then get small potion with fancy labels. Just me I guess.
