I take it half way through my cycle when I start ovulating and if I don’t then my hormones take over and it’s a very depressive time. I find relief by day 2 of taking it just once a day. This supplement has helped me a lot! Even though I’ve gone through menopause very early on this has helped with dryness throughout my body, hot flashesI. I am very happy with this product. The reason I did not give it 5 star is because I am a little concerned about how hot the bottle arrived at my house. I feel that that might do something to the oil that is inside and might not be as as effective because of how hot it is.. I will asking about the temp it is supposed to have and then make my choice Amazon usually sends their products early morning when it’s like supplements and medicine, but I don’t know what happened this time . if I continue to buy it from Amazon or go with somewhere local.
