Great book with detailed descriptions of weaves.

Excellent book, easy to follow

As someone who's made chainmail for close to 20 years now, I often forget the basics of a weave if it's been a while since I've last made it. For me, this is a great tutorial book getting back into a weave. It has simple, easy to follow instructions with color graphic renderings of all steps of a weave. It's also a great starting point for beginners new to weaving chainmail. It has a lot of weaves from simple to advanced all with clear, concise instructions and rendered color images making it easy for anyone to pick up and learn how to weave chainmail easily and quickly.

Due to spiral binding this will lay flat so its easy to use as you learn how to hook all the jump rings together. Has a card to explain AR which is helpful and a page explaining how to use jumprings. This is really set up for a total beginner to suceed. Pages are glossy cardstock weight and very well done instructions. Wide variety of chainmail/maille to learn.

The book was much thinner than I expected for what I paid - I expected it to be a much more substantial book
