Unlimited - Global SIM card to chat with WhatsApp, Telegram and other ChatApps in over 150 countries

There are many reviews here already for ChatSim, some good and some bad. My own experience is overwhelmingly positive. We bought ChatSim for a five day trekking holiday in Morocco, fully expecting there to be problems. But I have to say - having made the change of APN setting advised on the ChatSim web site - it worked flawlessly throughout, including for part of the way up to and down from the 13,600ft summit of Mt. Toubkal. We did use up the included multimedia allowance pretty quickly but bit was enough to send a handful of photos via WhatsApp.

Initially I thought this product was great, although fiddly to set up. However, after six months it cut off leaving me feeling like I had been scammed. Apparently unlimited text messages doesn't mean unlimited. They don't completely protect you against leakage from apps (something very difficult to control, even with a firewall) and so they cut you off for 'excessive data usage' And refuse to do anything about it, other than advise you to pay again. Allowing this to happen is a failure of duty of care. And consequently I do not see how the service is fit for the purpose advertised. If you were relying on this service while away from the internet and you got cut off in this way, it could be serious. They also mentioned some sort of zone system, and that gets you cut off if you are only in one zone. (The BG and the UK are in the same zone). To be honest, with free EU wide roaming, this service looks less attractive, even if it worked as the name would indicate, but when it expires in a few months, you may as well buy a 12 month data sim from 3 and use that instead, Had it carried on working the way it did for the first few months it would have got five stars.

Had several issues with this SIM. Unfortunately it did not work in Georgia, Azerbaijan or Iran and when I contacted customer assistance they ran me through the same troubleshooting steps which did not fix it. They said that is all they could do and it should be working and there was nothing else they could advise. Unable to contact them via phone as they don't have phone customer service. Additionally it's worth noting that although it says "unlimited" they do have a limit of messages per month and year and as I was doing a group event in a group whats app I went through all of this within a few weeks. This resulted in docked speed although to be fair, it wasn't particularly noticeable. Would not recommend due to unreliability, just buy a local SIM instead, takes more time but actually works.

It works pretty well. I have a dual sim phone and having it as a second sim is great for when you are traveling. Set it up right and you should be able to connect wherever you are. I don't think I've had one min of downtime

What a great product! Used this while travelling abroad in my spare iphone to keep in touch with friends a family using WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. No roaming fees or call or messaging costs involved!

Just rubbish they said unlimited chat in whatsapp and some other chat apps but I don't believe what they said I had been charge by using some app and mention is free, total piece of crap, don't regret like do don't buy this SIM card total scam...
