They look great and are all alive! Little bit of water was leaking from the bag, wonder if that's why the hand warmer was cold.

They arrived very healthy and active. I followed the directions to acclimate them to my tank and so far they have been happy and very active! Thank you so much! I was very surprised at how well this worked out!

I can only order live shrimp in my area using FedEx or UPS as USPS is a disaster . This seller uses FedEx so not only do I get the shrimp alive but their packaging / boxing is the best and STUNNING shrimp so will order again. Actually I just ordered again today , lol

I unfortunately ordered 10 black crystals right before a big temperature drop in my state (as low as 16°). Was very much expecting the shrimp to be DOA, but much to my surprise, I had 11 healthy little guys in there today (1 DOA but seller provided 2 extra shrimp). Shrimp were carefully packed in a styrofoam package indicating to not deliver the package to a mailbox and to keep at room temperature. Very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to purchasing from this seller again in the future!

Package was very well labeled and insulated against external temps. All shrimp survived, and had good color, plus a few extra as insurance. Could not be happier with the purchase. This sellers has my strongest recommendation!

Ordered 10 Crystal Black S-SSS Shrimp for $47.99, arrived 4 days later with several moltings from the stress. Shrimp are of various adult ages/sizes, independent of sex. For most coloration is poor: white is translucent, shrimp with large amounts of black have red-ish brown mixed in, and some have translucent black sections. S-SSS would not apply to the majority of them, but there were some with a high white proportion. EDIT: On request, seller refunded the order without asking a return label. With no home, a friend came to take the shrimp. I decided to keep a few to help provide some genetic diversity to my tank. If you're looking for good lines then give a pass, but otherwise they're okay.

I have purchased snails, shrimp and plants from this company and have been very satisfied both times. I have only experienced 3 DOA shrimp that they account for with extras, this is out of at least 30 shrimp. Way better quality than other companies we have used before. Shrimp are vibrant and healthy and I can say the same about the plants. Quick shipping and fast customer service, you text them directly if you have any issues!

All 10 shrimp arrived in good shape and went into a new aquarium. Six days later and they are all still happily eating. I couldn't find the crystal black variation at any of the 6 different fish stores that I visited, but they had red/blue/orange that were $5-$6 each.
