Not sure what results are to be expected but it does seem to have a positive benefit.

Great product to help me in my mid 40s. I struggle with energy and loss of muscle but this has helped me maintain what i have without any stomach discomfort or issues. It says you can use it from 1-2 times a day for additional gains so i will try this to see if there is even more results.

REI would never buy this product again I've been taking it for 6 months does not seem to do any good whatsoever I would never buy it anymore.. I'm having the hardest time to cancel these orders for this product don't buy it don't buy it don't buy it

Finally, something works for me as advertised. I'm sure as with anything it depends on the person. I initially bought to add to my gym performance. I knew to wait about a week to see any difference. After the 3rd day there was a noticeable improvement in all areas. I purchased again and if this continues I'll sign up for the auto delivery. So far I'm happy with results, well worth the 20 bucks I spent. This review is based solely on MY experience with it. Looking at the reviews not everyone will have the same results.
