They are made of vinyl and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They can be stuck to almost any surface including: glass, plastic, metals, paper, paint, tiles. The surface must be clean and dry before applying. Vinyl numbers will stick better to smooth flat or slightly rough surfaces. Just peel from the backing paper, place to desired place and press it firmly. Using a craft knife could be usefull but it's not recommended for children.
