This spray is a must for ANY pet lovers, as after all, we all get that problem from time to time. The spray has a pleasant smell but, more importantly, works on lots of odours and stains. I have two cats; one goes outside, but my little old lady is incontinent, bless her. Well when we get them as kittens we have made a pact to be with them for life, and this spray makes this so much easier. Th spray bottle mechanism is a dream to work and results are quick. Doesn't remove the full spectrum of orange that is rabbit urine - but nothing does. Smells good. Works better than anything else I've found. I have a feeling we just need a flame thrower.

I’m so happy I got this. My cat has been peeing on the bottom and top of my stairs and I’ve got a bissel spot cleaner but I could still smell it, ordered this stuff in desperation as my whole flat stank, and it’s actually worked! I sprayed the entire carpet area and left it overnight and it’s completely got rid of the smell. At first I thought it was just covering the scent off pee as the spray is a strong citrus smell, but by the next morning I couldn’t smell the pee or the citrus smell! I have such a high sense of smell, so I know it’s properly worked. Completely neutralised the odour and I’m so happy! Highly recommend for anyone that needs to get rid of nasty cat urine smells- any cat owners know how strong the scent is so it’s honestly amazing that this stuff worked. Didn’t take much to cover it and get rid of it, so the bottle will last a long time too.

The product smelt very nice, we used it to try and get rid of a wee smell from an older dog. As the product dried however we could still smell the wee. The customer service however was excellent, very personal receiving emails checking if I was happy with the product and as it didn't work I was fully refunded. Customer service 5*

I adopted two rescue cats. While settling in, they decided to scent the house and it had become unbearable. It's one thing being a crazy old cat lady but I didn't want to end up smelling bad too. There was a lingering odour in the kitchen - so I sprayed this amazing product and left it for 10 mins. The smell was gone - replaced by a nice clean kinda orange scent. I steam mopped next and my red tile floor now looks amazing. I've also sprayed it on carpets etc. - it doesn't stain and it's a nice big bottle. I've already recommended it to a colleague with an elderly dog. Arrived really promptly - and believe me, I was counting the days. It took one from ordering.

So we brought this because our kitten has decided to start peeing on the sofa. She is litter trained but just loves the sofa. We thought this would really help to deter this, as the reviews were really positive. Over the space of a week, we used the WHOLE BOTTLE of this on the sofa. The scent I found was far to chemically. After it dried, the smell of urine was still there. In the end, we ended up going to pets at home and buying their own brand, for half the price, and it works so much better. I would honestly avoid this. It is not very good, and really expensive.

It’s not often that I write a product review but this has worked so well I felt like I should with this product! Our cat very thoughtfully left two puddles on our week old carpet in our spare bedroom. I used two other cat urine removing products and cleaned the carpet with our carpet cleaner about 6 times but to no avail, the smell kept drifting back again. We keep the door closed now so missy can’t get in and repeat her earlier performance and, every time I opened the door, I would be hit with the smell of cat pee. So I decided to give this product a go, after only 1 application the smell had 99% gone, I honestly couldn’t believe it. I did one more go with it, just to be sure, and the room honestly smells fresh and free of cat wee!! I really does work so would highly recommend!

I think this works getting rid of cat wee. The annoying thing is the very cheap bottle. The spray head keeps coming off the bottle. I’ve bought this several times and it’s the same with each bottle. Very annoying when trying to spray wee!

Il mio micio ha avuto, purtroppo due blocchi uretrali. È stato cateterizzato e, una volta a casa, purtroppo perdeva urina e sangue con un odore molto pungente (aveva un'infezione). Lo avevo isolato in una stanza per proteggerlo dagli altri gatti, ma, purtroppo, in quella stanza c'è un divanetto. Lui perdeva urina anche lì sopra, ovviamente. Quando gli hanno rimosso il catetere aveva ancora bruciore e mi ha fatto la pipì su abiti e divani, ogni tanto: non era colpa sua. Con questo prodotto è stato eccezionale l'effetto: non ha macchiato, ha rimosso sporco e odore in un passaggio o due. Incredibile. Lo consiglio perché è davvero un prodotto eccellente. DIFETTO: mi è stato mandato SENZA spruzzino. Per fortuna ne avevo uno io in casa di uno sgrassatore spray che si è adattato perfettamente e non ho dovuto chiedere il reso e una nuova spedizione.

Tutto sommato è il prodotto che sino ad oggi mi ha dato più soddisfazioni, tra tutti quelli provati per disgustare il divano ai gatti. Come detergente per rimuovere l'odore di urina è valido ma come dissuasore non funziona per niente. Ho un maschio intero che nel periodo dei calori delle gatte la molla un pò ovunque quando non ci sto attenta e con questo prodotto se non altro ho trovato tranquillità a livello di facilità di pulizia. Il profumo è terrificante, da fastidio agli umani e non ai gatti. Vorrebbe sapere di arancia ma, misto urina viene fuori un mix atroce quindi consiglio di sciacquare bene bene!
