Some people seem confused about how long it'll keep the pot warm for. I believe it's 30 minutes by default, but there's an option to change that. I have it set to 90 minutes, and it works just fine. I've knocked a star off for two reasons - one, the device has a very useful 'no drip' feature that cuts the flow of liquid into the pot off when you remove it. But even if left until it looks like all the coffee has passed into the pot, there can often be a drip on to the hot plate when you take the pot out. It's hardly the end of the world to give it a quick wipe, but it means the feature isn't quite working as it should. And two, the (102 size) filters can be a bit tricky to get hold of, at least here in the UK. I haven't been able to find them in most of the supermarkets I've been to, for example. You can either buy more standard sizes and tear a bit off, or I'd recommend finding an online supplier and buying a load of them. Shop around a bit for prices.
