Efco Creative Washi Tape - Gold

Purchased to line trim the edges of some wallpaper used to line a linen press. The tape is a reasonable thickness and a good rich colour, however I was not so happy with the adhesion on coming back the next day to find a lot of it had come off and lifted, on pressing it back in place it has stayed stuck for the time being. Cost and shipping for this item could not be beat at the time.

This is a lovely washi tape that literally glows in a Demi-satin finish in a lovely non-brassy gold tone.It is a paper based washi tape not plastic/film coated or reinforced and as it is a shade thinner than my East of India Merry Christmas tape so care must be taken when unpeeling from the roll, it takes a couple of goes to get the hang of it and as soon as the tension is not uniform it will tear diagonally sadly meaning wastage. I did get annoyed the first few times until I got the right touch and since then it's worked perfectly.However despite the potential wastage it is worth it for the glowing effect and not just for Christmas craft.

met my expectations for washi tape. I made the discovery of this versatile paper tape a few years ago, but only started collecting rolls in the last two years. love it to make background patterns and frames for cards, but ends need folding over as the adhesive quality is removeable, but will stay stuck if secured, either with a dab of glue or an insert to cover

Used to cover white plastic around electric socket the front plate was antique brass this is a perfect match no one can tell it's not all one

Used as thick pinstriping on a wall, some peeling off in places so gum on it could be stronger

Beautiful colour and texture. However it's a little too thin - if you're using it to stick two pieces of card together, the join will be visible.

I love the gold color. But I got it to stick it on the walls, but it doesn't stick very well, keeps on coming off.To stick it on paper or wood its perfect.
