Does what it should
Does exactly what it should. Works great. Seems to be good quality. Great value for the cost.

Solidily built
Could not fit the caribiner over some holes on one side, had to take a grinder to it but it's a solid well built piece otherwise.

Seated Row Total Gym
Quite flexible for transformering two to one or one to two. Only thing to take in consideration is if you carabineers can clip on easily. I like it for my Total Gym.

Versatile attachment piece
Only thing I swapped out was getting some larger carbiners from the hardware store for easier swapping out my different "handles". Ankle cuffs are GREAT for triceps pushdowns, hammer curls, or reverse curls on a cable machine. Angles90 type grips make for killer pulldowns, rows, or low-high rows. D handles are perfect for biceps curls. Smoothest versions of these exercises on a cable machine yet. This piece is perfect, especially with the right attachments, and my only wish is that there was another model that was like this but longer for people with very long arms.
