Hi can I ask the size. I have a wideish key and want to know if it will stick out. Thanks in advance

83 mm long - 28 mm wide on the rectangular side - 24 mm wide on the round side axis distance of the bolts is 70.5 mm thickness depends to your number of keys

Will it fit a square ended key 6.5 cm long

Yes, it will fit, but not with a key on the opposite side on the same layer. Only with a spacer or the carbon loop.

Can you fit keys with rubber colour markers?

I think you want to fit the rubber markers to make identifying keys easy. I don't think this would work as the rubber would infringe the movement of individual keys but also not necessary as you can see all keys easy and if you have a system in which way you load the keys they should be easily identified. Been using mine for some time now and just love it all my keys in one place easily stored and fit in pocket without keys sticking out best key ring I have ever used no more holes in pockets.

Does anyone else find that the screws keep coming loose??

Try enlarging the hole in any tight keys. It fixed my unscrewing. I’ve not had to adjust my screws for over 2 years.
