Beautiful album, one everyone should own. I bought this to give to my Daughter along with another purchase (all in one turntable) and she was delighted with it. The album itself seems to be pressed on (from what I seem to remember from my vinyl days) very good quality vinyl, it's totally flat and sounds amazing. I was taken back years!

I just love Fleetwood Mac. I have their albums on Spotify but there’s nothing like the crackle of vinyl.

Bought as a replacement for the original album damaged in a flood. Possibly one of the best latter-day F Mac albums. Having followed the band from their early days with Peter Green, Christine Perfect to the Anglo American with Stevie Nicks. All the tracks are very good and makes great listening. Two tracks, The Chain and Songbird are outstanding.

The best album Fleetwood Mac ever did I play this in my car and house every week for many years!

+ve * Really enjoyable listening * Great sound (but read -ve comments) -ve * On initial play of side 2, skipped about five times playing the chain. A thorough clean had the record skipping once at this point. Using a brand new Denon DP-300F deck with supplied cartridge. Following cartridge upgrade (AT-VM95ML), the skipping was completely elimnated * Very audiable distortion mostly affecting the vocals in a couple of tracks (Oh Daddy, Gold Dust Woman) on side 2. Resolved with cartidge upgrade. Overall, with a better cartridge, a very enjoyable list and very good sound.

Bought this at what was a bargain price and am absolutely delighted. No skips, hops or jumps - just the wonderful sound of '70's Fleetwood Mac. I was only ten when this came out and never had this album on vinyl. Why did I wait so long? I've read some reviews from people whose vinyl skips. I suspect some may need a better turntable or some help to set theirs up. I haven't had an album that skipped since ELO's Discovery came out in 79, made worse by the old Dynatron I played it on. My most expensive turntable was only £200 a couple of years ago (Pro-ject) and i've never changed a cartridge or tone arm from the original. Careful balancing and checking the settings are right is all i've ever carried out, and i've replaced the odd stylus here and there. I've bought a lot more vinyl over the last couple of years without any problems, so don't be discouraged. Some pressings pop or crackle a little and those tend to sound better to my ear with a cheap spherical stylus.

As an ageing metal head searching for something new, I've started looking back at classic rock albums as I basically own every metal classic I can think of, and let's face it, there's very little to look forward to in new rock music, I decided to take a chance on this celebrated classic. Admittedly, apart from knowing that they penned 'THAT Formula 1 racing tune' ('The Chain's' outro) I had very little knowledge about Fleetwood Mac and their music, listening to this album for the first time in its entirety gave me many 'oh, so it's them that wrote this song!?' moments. The story of the band during this tumultuous period is well documented, but for anyone who doesn't know - they were all basically in relationships with other band members and all those romances were turning very sour...so they wrote songs about it and each other - often turning nasty (read the lyrics!), which ended up with this fantastic album! 'Second Hand News,' 'Dreams,' 'Go Your Own Way,' and so on basically reads like a Greatest Hits set list and you've no doubt heard many times on the radio. Musically, melody reigns supreme here, that being said the use of guitars is excellent, whilst never really drawing attention away from the vocals, your ears will tell they really know what they're doing. If I had to put 'Rumours' in any genre it would basically be folk rock with many pop and country influences. One thing that amazed me about this album is how quickly it seems to end! Despite clocking in at a fairly standard and reasonable 40 minutes - it flies by, I must be having fun! It's a great chill out album whilst also being a great album on the road as well. No complaints at all, the production is great without being too artificial, the cover art is very unique and the lyric books contain all the lyrics, all bases covered.

Álbum clásico!

I recieved the vinyl and wrapper in pristine condition thanks to good packing and handling. Vinyl plays perfectly. It is a new pressing from Sony. Unlike previous reviews on this having issues while playing like skipping tracks....I didn't face any such issue.

Llego muy bien protegido, para ser un álbum. Tan famoso el precio me pareció muy bueno, la calidad del audio es buena, sin duda si recomiendo al 100% la compra de este vinil

Fleetwood MacのRumoursのレコードは1977年の発売当初に購入して聴いていて、1977年のワールドツアーの大阪公演のLiveも見に行ったくらいのファンである。当初買ったレコードは引越しで整理したためその後はCDやSACDを買い直して聴いていたが、やはりレコードがいいのでAmazonで購入した。このディスクはベストセラーで今でも売れている。私の好きなロック・ポップスのベスト3に入る。その3枚はマイケル・ジャクソンのOff The Wallとシャナイア・トワインのCome On OverとこのRumoursである。自宅にいるときはFleetwood Macのレコードを聴いて、外出時はRoon ARCで同じくFleetwood Macを聴いている。またお勧めなのはAmazon MusicのiPhoneアプリでFleetwood Macを聴くこと。当方Amazon Prime会員だがAmazon MusicのアプリでRE Discover Fleetwood Macというのがあってこれを聴いていると別のアーティストに曲が飛ぶことなくFleetwood Macだけが聴ける。また曲を選んで再生することもできる。Fleetwood Macファンにはお勧めである。 SACDについて、SACDの曲順はオリジナルのRumorsと曲順が違う。 Rumours（オリジナル） 1.Second Hand News 2.Dreams 3.Never Going Back Again 4.Dont Stop 5.Go Your Own Way 6.Songbird. 以上レコードではA面 7.
