My dog has a few allergies so I have him on a fish based kibble diet (I supplement with toppers i make myself with foods I know he can have plus single protein wet Dog food) I changed from another brand which became unaffordable. So I gave this a go. I also tried another couple which were a little more expensive than this one. But what i have found is this keeps him full for longer he has 2 small poos a day. He sleeps well with it. (Ive found with others hes up in the night because he is hungry and he has endless large poos. He is 10 and is full of vitality which i do attribute to good Dog Food. So Out of the sensitive fish kibbles available Skinners is the Winner!

Firstly, I'll start off by saying that I never ever ever give 5 stars to anything because that would imply perfection. The ingredients in this food are not perfect (beet pulp, naked oats) so that is my reason for my four stars. Firstly, a bit of history. My dog has always been a picky eater since we adopted her. She has also suffered badly with chewing and licking her paws. Something which we have battled against for a nearly 3 years. We've tried lotions and potions and all types off food. You name it we've paid for it. Nothing worked. On top of that she also suffered with loose stool. So you can forgive me for being skeptical when I bought this food. It arrived the next day through amazon prime (thank you very much) and straight away my dog was sniffing the bag and showing interest. Good start! Upon opening the bag there was a distinct fish smell (to be expected) but no over powering, enough to get the dogs interest. As my dog had loose stools anyway I decided to take the plunge and transfer her straight away onto this food. I would normally advice on gradual introduction. First bowl of food she ate it all up and asked for more. She has never ever done that since we've had her! To keep it interesting we now add a bit of water to bring out the smell and soften it up for her, and also we add a small amount of natural yogurt to it to help with her (what we beleive to be) a yeast infection. We are now three weeks into this food and her poos have firmed up considerablly and the itching and scratching has reduced too! It's been brilliant for her. It won't work for every dog and don't expect it to be a miricle cure but it's worked wonders for my dog. As it's a working food she seems to eat a little less than a normal kibble and as a result we are using less food, which is another bonus. I am really please with this product and the price is very good compaired to other foods. Give it a try it is one of the better foods around and a decent price too!

I've been giving this to all our dogs for the past 12 months. It's one of the few fish kibble foods with no chicken at all - most of the other brands seem to have chicken meal as well as fish. Our latest rescue dog had itchy skin, which we couldn't resolve with topical treatments but within a few weeks of this food he was fine. It's a lot cheaper than some brands that are marketed for dogs with allergies to chicken protein. Our other dogs love it too. Just hold your breath when you first open the bag if you're not keen on fishy smells!

We have a TT and a Westie. We needed to get some biscuits which didn't contain grains/wheat or chicken because most biscuits use chicken fat to bind with. These are great and I think the dogs really love them because nothing was left.

Les croquettes ils sont arriver le 4 fevrier et la date d'expiration cette le 17 fevrier . Comment un petit chien peut manger tout le sac dans 2 semaines ?! Et en plus le sac avez des petits trous et l'odeur dedans cette degueulasse, le chien n'a meme pas manger une seule croquette, alors que cette ce croquettes prefere. La je suis obliger a les jettee . Vous avez perdu encore un client.

J'ai acheté en février 2021, 2 sacs de ces croquettes au saumon, car beaucoup moins chères que poulet riz ou canard riz ( les prix ne font qu'augmenter !) mais hypoallergéniques comme les deux autres. La date de péremption des sacs correspondait au mois de livraison février 2021 !! Odeur de produit chimique à l'ouverture++ qui finit par disparaître quand on les transvase dans un autre contenant. Mes chiennes ont accepté de les manger difficilement, je mélange avec poulet patate douce ( qui était à 35 euros en avril ...) pour les finir quand même Il n'y a que 20% de protéines dans les saumon-riz, ce n'est pas assez nourrissant, elles maigrissent. Bref, je suis très déçue !

Odeur infecte de produit chimique, odeur suspect de produits dangereux ??? Je jette le sac ma chienne refuse de les manger.

Le produit était passé la date de péremption!
