Makes huge difference for weight lifting. The amount of energy you'll get after using this is amazing, giving the fact there's no caffeine or other stimulants in the product itself. Plus as an added bonus, you're muscles are not as sore after workout the next day. Nutric oxide is your friend, remember that my friend. Taste is bitter, but if you're a grown up person you can get over a bit of bitterness. Dissolves in water quite well too.

don't buy this product! it smells of stinky cheese and is barely consumable. after reading other reviews I am convinced this product is a not true citruline malate. why? every other brand has a sugary grain and no smell to it. this is like plasterboard powder with the most intense stink to it. terrible product and a complete CON

Great product. Does what it should. Its really sour though, so I've moved to capsule form, so its easier to take. If you prefer to mix it in with something, it might be a good product for you, but I was just mixing with water and I found it very sharp to taste

Bisher hatte ich nur 2x Pech mit Bulk, einmal waren Omega 3-Kapseln ranzig. Da ich mit dem Whey von Bulk immer zufrieden war, habe ich aber weiter dort bestellt, auch viele andere Produkte. Aber diese Lieferung schießt den Vogel ab. Selbst wenn Mann die Arme ausstreckt, stinkt das Plastik bis tief in die Nase. Es riecht wie Schwimmflügel für Kinder, richtig widerlich in Verbindung mit Nahrungsmitteln! Wenn Ihr mich fragt, kann das nicht gesund sein, da widerspricht sich der Grund des Kaufes! Sowas kannte ich bisher von Bulk nicht, schade! Keine Empfehlung mehr!

Bonjour, j'étais sceptique quand aux avis négatifs sur le produit: - Pour l'odeur, c'est neutre - Pour le gout, légerement acidulé mélangé avec de l'eau, évidemment si tu met la poudre directement dans la bouche... - Pour les effets : comme escomptés, energie, endurance...... A la différence de l'arginine ( dont 50 à 70% est éliminé au premier passage hépatique, donc sans effet ), la Citrulline le passe, puis entre autre métabolisé en arginine ( mais je ne vais pas faire un cours de biologie! ). Donc conséquence, un effet plus lissé, prolongé à la différence de l'arginine. Je l'utilise en pré entrainement, à une dose de 6g, associé avec de la taurine à 2 g, et de la cafeine à 300 mg ( posologie de 3 à 6 mg par kilo ), amplement suffisant pour l'énergie, l'endurance, la récupération et surtout une bonne séance.
