But it's so simple to follow and I'm losing about 1.5KGs a week from just small shifts and no extra exercise. The food tastes great too. A few things to point out. 1. Contrary to a lot of the other reviews here, although it is American, the ingredients aren't limited to US. A lot of them are harder to find in supermarkets but you can pick them up on desertcart e.g. Stevia/Erythritol (these are just natural sweeteners) and almond flour. The others are just American names e.g. Zucchini = Courgette. 2. It will cost you a bit extra in food to get the basics that you may not have in the cupboard already. e.g. spices, almond flour, coconut oil, etc. This is standard with most new recipe books. The only difference this that these ingredients tend to cost more than what you'd usually use. Almond flour is significantly more expensive than flour, coconut oil more than vegetable oil and sweeteners more than standard sugar. This is a byproduct of the diet though, not the recipe book. 3. Some recipe books are heavy on recipes and light on photos. If you prefer seeing what you're meant to be cooking, this one is pretty good. About 70% of the recipes have photos. 4. Out of all of the sections, I probably found the dessert the hardest. Some of the recipes have harder to find ingredients or they just don't turn out as good. This isn't surprising, as desserts tend to be carb and sugar heavy, which you're trying to avoid. That said, the brownies are excellent. Once you get into your routine of just changing your weekly shop a bit, it's super easy to adapt too. I pretty much have their Keto cereal for breakfast most days, eat lunch out, then rotate between 10/12 meals for dinner. Review: The Idiot Proof Keto Deit Recipe Book! The book is great in that each recipe macros ~ fat, carbs, protein percentages are stated at the bottom of the page so you donโt have to work out whatโs what.... (which to me I find really complicated!) the author does the leg work for ya! (You can tell she been there and understands the average personโs struggle) Iโve posted a few pics of some of the meals Iโve made & theyโve been ridiculously DELICIOUS ๐ pancakes ๐ฅ fish ๐ MAC & Cheese ๐ง (cauliflower) oh the list goes on and on..... I canโt seem to find my smoothie pics to add, but there are a few yummy smoothie recipes which you can have for breakfast or a snack!! Great, easy to follow book

A very good book.
Every recipe so far has turned out amazing. I just wish there were more diary free vegetarian options. I have 2 of the author's books. Waiting on the one pot book coming out next week. It's quite pricey so I'll probably hang back to see if the price goes down.

Tasty easy recipes
Great book. I've cooked most of the dinner recipes, the keto granola, keto jam, the cheese crackers, pesto. It's all tasty and easy. Usually when I search for a recipe on line, I only choose ones that are highly rated, this book matches up.

An overall good book. but not corresponding to my expectations
well written, practical details, calculating your nutrients per portion, giving a few pointer for staple items. An overall good book. but not corresponding to my expectations. Whilst there are many recipes for lunch or dinner, there are none for breakfast. Also most recipes require quite a few ingredients and not something you could do quickly without going to the shop before for all those ingredients

Interested in changing to Keto, this book is for you.
This author is very knowledgeable about Keto. I love the way how this book is set out from the intro, keto quick approach explaining the set up of Keto. The recipes easy to follow both with ingredients & cooking method but what is very helpful is the Nutrition facts per serving, total carbs, fibre, net carbs protein, fats, calorie macros. Beautiful photos of finished recipes. One thing I would like to have seen is a 14day menu to start the keto diet for the beginners. I Highly recommend this book it's true to its title.

Amazing book. A real help for beginners on keto or more advanced ketoers. Recipes are easy to follow and creative. Iโve now bought several of Martinaโs books as theyโre diverse and keep me on track

Avendo giร altri due libri della stessa autrice, alcune ricette si, ripetono. Rimane tuttavia un ottimo libro di ricette, che mi aiuta a portare in tavola velocemente cibo buono e salutare che piace a tutta la famiglia. Tutte le ricette provate finora sono state un successo, molte si, prestano ad essere offerte anche a degli ospiti.

Great Recipe Ideas.
Happy I got this. Been doing keto for couple of years and am good cook... but let's face it... you run out of ideas after a while. Book has good suggestions, not a dramatically long list of ingredients, not great time investment and the ones I've tried have been good. I do adjust to my taste but use the recipes as a guide. Another (big) thing I love about this book is that the author didn't write blah, blah, blah chapter after chapter about why she does keto. We all have our reasons. Glad I got this book. Good recipes. Go to it 3 or 4 times a week to get ideas. Worth buying.
