Better Than I Expected. Worth the Wait.
Delivery of this industrial stand took quite a long time. I even cancelled my first order to only re-order as it fits perfectly with my overall home design. Also, I'm grateful for negative reviews as those buyers gave me adequate warning about potential issues. I almost didn't take a chance, however I'm so glad I did, as the manufacture must have been reading the reviews, too. They've corrected the major complaint about having to drill your own holes in the wooden base, as the middle bar and the base arrived securely attached, already. They even provided a wrench for the other thoroughly easy to screw on pieces. It's sturdy, and solid. It's a beautiful addition to our home and I Thank You, Yessap.

Great product
Item exactly how described. The part that the rod screws into was already mounted on the wood stand. It literally took me about 45 seconds to unpack & put it together. Everything is Excellent. It took one day to get it and I have ZERO complaints. I would share a photo, but I am not quite done building the vanity on which it will sit. If I can add a photo to my review in a couple of weeks, I most certainly will.

Good Quality - Simple Assembly
This hand towel holder is exactly what we have been looking for. It was neatly packaged with all parts and very simple to put together (using the supplied screwdriver). It also cost us less than making one from scratch.

No pilot holes in base, looks good after being built
How do you not have pilot holes pre-drilled for the base at a $20 price point not asking for much, plus instructions said to put main poll in base before you attach to the bade and was a bad idea. Help us out of a bit. 3 stars because it looks good
