I've used these for a few weeks now and they have been great. The quality and durability are good and they come in a nice bag. They could add another resistance level but the two bands are included are great for a beginner or intermediate.

I’ve been using this for 3 weeks for glute exercises and it works great for me. Eventually I’ll have to use 2 at once to build up resistance so I’m glad it came with 2 and a little bag to carry everything in.

Got these for a young lady heading to college to play on the softball team and they are doing just what I figured they would for her Reaction time is getting better and her stability is better also She's a pitcher and her extension and push off is improving

Using this to help with kick strength in taekwondo. I'm 5'8 and 165 lbs. Just for reference.. On a front kick the stretch is about head hight before it's too much, so it's perfect for me. On a side kick, my flexibility is not so good. But using this for a hold is helping build strength, that leads to being more flexible. The velcro is holding up fine, the straps are comfortable. Only thing that would be better is the clasps or clips seem cheaper with no way to replace them.

Pretty cool or so I thought till I found better ones at a dollar general store. These are triple the price and half the quality.

Handy little thing to do leg work with it anchored to something. The ankle straps alone are great quality and worth the price. Awesome value. That said, the bands aren't very long and lack much resistance.

These have been perfect for my training purposes. I only gave 4 stars is due to the resistance not being enough for me with 2 bands. However when your in the mist of your workout, it does give your hip flexors and quad muscles a challenge as they become tired. So far so good with the straps staying on your ankles. The durability of the bands seem great considering i do football excercises with them. Using these with your workout helps and build up endurance for your legs. I highly recommend these for using them for personal training. Hope this review helps if your on the fence. Update October 1st 2018 I changed my rating due to these messing up on me already. The velcro doesnt stay strapped anymore, The bands pop off the clasp, they are just failing on me. I use them 4 times a week for training only. Not for MMA or anything. Its a bummer because I really liked these at first. But now I should've went a different brand. Hope this helps.

Nice work and flexible

Product is useless rubbish. Bands are far shorter than in images and not fit for puprose. Straps that came aren't padded and loop is at the front and pulls off with minimal resistance, so completely useless. Will be returning.

This is false advertising as it claimed that it can be used for kicking. I got this for my 9yr old daughter to provide resistance training for her taekwondo. The resistance cord was so short that it's impossible to be used in this manner. You can use this maybe to raise your knee and even that it's not doing a good job as it provide no resistance at all. And you can't refund it, despite what it claimed as you need to pay for postal and it ships to China. Cost of shipping is more then the product itself. This trash is the same thing you can get from Temu for twice as lessm. Do not get this or you will regret it.
