Hands down the best safety glasses I've ever worn in my 25 years as a machinist. And truly fog free..from being outdoors in extreme heat than going into coold climate controlled shop..no fogging..the lens transitionjust as advertised as well. They seem really durable as well..though ive been being extremely careful not to axratch them, still accidentally rub them on machine doors when I have them on top my head...and I have yet to scratch them...the cheap pairs that would leave a mark

These are the best safety glasses I have ever owned! They are comfortable and putting them on makes everything look like higher definition of that makes sense haha. I love the auto darkening lenses especially with my job because I move from light to dark (underneath bunkers) and the transition time from light to dark and dark to light is top notch. They are also super light and I forget I’m wearing them. I keep them on while driving since they help me see better whether it’s light or dark. I will be ordering the dark pair soon and will use those as sunglasses.

First off. These are some really comfortable safety glasses. I tend to forget I am wearing them. As far as the variomatic goes. They do darken… a little. If you are looking for something along the lines of sunglasses, these are not it. But if you are like me where you go in between outside and inside all day. These work great. They darken down just enough that I’m not squinting when I am outside and then lighten up when I go inside so a clearish safety glasses. I do really enjoy them just because I don’t have to wear 2 sets of glasses all day anymore. I usually have clears on along with a set of darks on top of my hat.

These are nice safety glasses. A little lighter than I wanted for outside but the inside tint is perfect. They are comfortable and I can wear these all day with no issue.

While these do have transitional lenses they are not really dark enough for bright sunlight

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUN PROTECTION. I am a tile setter and am constantly indoors to outdoors and I thought this was the solution: Of course they say they transition quickly because the shade difference is unnoticeable if any. I didn’t want too dark, so I ordered medium and they do absolutely nothing for transitioning. They seem nice but two days in the bright Texas sun and they don’t even change one shade. Seems like they sent me a good pair of “safety” glasses that do nothing besides that. I could have just bought a cheap $6 dollar pair that does just as much. I searched and read reviews for weeks and now I feel like I have been lied to. I rarely write reviews but this is like someone charged me $30 dollars for a $5 dollar bill. Very disappointing…If they contact me and send me something that actually changes from my trips indoor to outdoors I will update.

Fit well and comfortable

I bought these for a family member as a gift, as they had been complaining about needing 2 different sets of safety glasses for work. Well, I ordered theses, and got the transition ones so they would go from "clear" or similar to a medium grey look was the goal. I knew from reviews these would not get extremely dark, but I wasn't expecting that to be a problem, as it isn't for anything extreme, but to just cut down some of the light. After gifting them, it turns out they do transition, but to a yellowish green color, and my family member had to revert to his old 2 pairs of glasses routine due to them having the weird yellow tint instead of the expected grey, and his work calling it an OSHA violation if he continues to wear them. Very disappointed, as the images do not depict this result. Unfortunately by the time I heard about this, my return window had closed, so I guess I am just out my money. At least they weren't extremely expensive, but buyers beware, check that they will work for your use case BEFORE holding onto them, and if needed, open them and check if you are gifting them, even if that doesn't fit social norms. I have no info on if they actually are anti fog, or scratch / impact resistant, so do your research with other reviews for that.

Very nice lenses

Fail. Normally I love Hexarmor, they are the absolute best anti fog safety glasses I've ever used (zero fogging even wearing a mask) but this particular model is a dud. At "rest" (dark or indoor) they aren't actually clear but a pale green, and turn to a light blue in sunlight but don't actually meaningfully reduce brightness. Not at all as advertised as a transition indoor / outdoor sunglasses type product. The fit is also loose and low, compared to their other products, so it almost sits below the eyelid/eyebrow. Returned. *But MX200 and MX200s by HexArmor are absolutely incredible
