My grandmother has a SEVERLY bad wound on her sacrum. Its really hard to find something she can sit on and alleviate the pressure. We tried extra pillows and an egg carton squish thing. Nothing worked, she was still sitting with pressure on her bottom. I searched around and wanted to give this a try. it was the best thing we could have purchased for her. It prevents her from feeling pressure on that bottom area/wound on sacrum. Its pretty comfy too! It is a little difficult to keep air in. Its a regular blow up but the "closing flap" allows air to release and it does not blow up as much as I would want. Still a great purchase for its function and quality. It works great for my grandmother - she sits down and everything hurts her - not with this

I bought this 8 months ago in hopes of curing a pressure wound it seems to have helped worked well for 8 months all of the sudden it's developed a slow leak.
