Works great! Pretty small, but works so well cutting it all into confetti that it holds a LOT! Works great on lots of papers in a row, boxes from food packaging, and boxes from Amazon. Never overheated like my old one of the same size. A bit loud because it is surprisingly powerful. I only wish it had a pull-out drawer instead of a lift-off top! But...they added a handle to the top! Makes it so much easier to life, and to replace without pinching fingers. This is a quality machine. I keep it in the kitchen and put all paper and cardboard packaging through it, as well as any loose paper and mail we get. Saves so much space in the trash! I have multiple litterboxes and use shreds for a couple of them that I dump daily, stretching the cost of replacement litter used in the others. I also use it to shred cardboard for my garden. My daughter likes to shred construction paper then play with the confetti nuggets that come out in different thicknesses depending on how many she shreds simultaneously.

What an unexpected little BEAST this machine is!! For the price, this was an absolute bargain. High quality, heavy duty, does the job and looks neat and tidy in the corner. I bought it to shred cardboard for my garden compost. Hey, remember when shredders used to clog up on a few sheets of paper? LOL not this little guy! Chomping up cardboard like nothing. Now, it’s not a speed shredder like shoving one single sheet into a big office shredder but it’s still pretty fast and a whole hell of a lot faster than me doing anything with a box cutter. I went through several boxes within minutes without it overheating or anything. The first run, I produced 2+ bins of shredded cardboard without taking a break. The next day for the second run, I shredded some slightly damp cardboard and that made it overheat more quickly - I feel like that’s maybe not recommended lol. For best results, I ripped the tape and labels off of the boxes first. And tore them into more digestible sized pieces. I’m sure the shredder could handle whatever I threw at it but 1) the plastic tape can’t be good for the compost and 2) I didn’t want to deal with a jamming shredder.

Excellent paper shredder and CD shredder. Does the job efficiently and quickly. High value for the price, easy to clean. Only one drawback: the storage compartment for the shredded material is small, and it requires me to change the bag almost every two days. Apart from that, an excellent product

This provides good performance for a small, moderately-priced shredder. It handles CDs and credit cards as well as paper. I haven't experienced any jamming or overheating, even with a large total number pages shredded a few sheets at a time. Although the advertised capacity is higher, I don't put more than about five pages at a time.

I've been using mine to shred carboard to use in a compost pile. It's chewed through a couple hundred pounds of cardboard so far and is still going strong. Even feeding it a constant stream of cardboard for an hour or so, it hasn't overheated or jammed. It also has no problem shredding double thickness cardboard, assuming you can fit it through the slot. Very consistent shreds, only a few longer pieces here and there, probably from me "helping" thicker pieces through too quickly.

Great product works very well

Im impressed by the value I’ve gotten from this product. I’m very cautious of sharing my personal details and shred all of my mail and it’s not struggled with any paper, or the thin cardboard, I’ve fed it. I may update if I have troubles in the future, however, as of a few months I’ve not had any issues with it over heating either. Very convenient product that fits under a desk (it may be too tall for certain settings). I recommend this.

I got this shredder as a replacement to shred 30 years worth of documents that have been piling up in my grandparents house. The previous cheap shredder broke after a day of use. This one just keeps chugging along. I highly recommend to anyone who needs massive amounts of shredding done. Though note, even though it states it can shred through staples, I usually rip off the stapled corner. So staple shredding capability is untested. And the value for money is great, compared to similar shredders which sold at Staples (had terrible reviews). I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

This shredder is very efficient. The capacity is also good. I have been very impressed so far. No jamming but I put less through so that it won't happen. It was on offer when I bought it too.

La verdad, no cumole lo que dice, solo aceora dos hojas y ya trabajabdo un rato ( 2 horas ) se empieza a atorar y a detener....

This little machine is a beast. It eats anything you put in within reason of course. It chews up old credit cards with ease. I have not put anymore then 7 or 8 pages at a time. I let it cool off after half an hour of work just to make sure I'm not pushing to hard. Basket hold lots of chewed up paper. Very pleased so far.

Love this shredder! The conatiner is bigger than the average 4 gallon. It is super quiet and shreds like a dream (very tiny pieces) . But I specially love that it has a handle, which makes it so much easier to lift the top. I put a garbage bag in the bin and it's so easy to empty! I haven't tried to shred more than 4 sheets at once and it does that with ease. Perfect for my needs.
