I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked and how seamlessly it integrates. It works on both my macbook and windows laptop, both running the latest OS, with no driver installation. There seems to be a small lag in video signal, but that may be because I'm using an entry level DSLR as my camera. One thing I fumbled with was getting all the shutter, aperture, etc settings on my Nikon D3300 to not show up on the HDMI out. Finally I pressed the "info" button and they disappeared. Otherwise, just plug it in, go into settings to maximize Live View on-time (mine tops at 30 minutes), and press the LV button. Webex, MS Teams, etc all recognize this as an ordinary native webcam.
