Tastes great. Excellent snack for keto. Sometimes the jerky is crumbly but still tastes good.

I’ve tried a few different types of jerky, and most of them are loaded with so much sugar you can’t even taste the beef and it’s more like candy than beef jerky. This one definitely tastes more like beef although as the others are too high in sugar this one goes a bit too far with salt for me, but I still much prefer it to the former. Another positive is this doesn’t have any crap in it like added nitrites, and all the ingredients are simple and recognizable. It’s real beef so naturally varies from piece to piece — some are tender while others have some chewy gristle I tend to just spit out. But, the price is fairly reasonable compared to the higher-end offerings so I’ll cut them some slack there. So far it looks like it’d cost quite a bit more to get something significantly better, and while I may spoil myself with one of those from time to time this has become my go to jerky for now.

I tried this jerky for the first time today. Wow! Hands down the best low carb jerky I've ever tasted. This is great jerky even without factoring the 0 carb amount. Good smoke and salt flavor and it has perfect texture too. Tillamook nailed it. Subscription coming.
