I don't know but they are great tongs. Best I've ever had!

Are these a soft silicone head or a hard plastic?

Is the spring rust resistant?

The ring on the 11” tong is very rusted making it very hard to open and close. This is the size I use most often. I’m not sure I would order them again. Stainless shouldn’t rust.
